Friendly and knowledgeable local shop selling all brands of tires. When I needed new tires, S.W. patiently explained what was needed and gave me quotes on 3 different brands. No high pressure sales. The estimates were in line and comparable to the discount chains for the same tires. Pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended!
I got an oil change and all new run flat tires at the Hillard Boyd's Goodyear location. Our family normally likes to support small business and we go to a great local tire shop, but they do not carry the tires I need. I am very pleased with the service I received at Boyd's. They ordered the tires and had them at their location within hours. They gave an up front cost for everything I got done, and did the job efficiently. I am very pleased.
This is pretty much my go to car repair place. Customer serv is always top notch! Repairs are made in a timely fashion. Rates are pretty competitive w/today's market. What more do you need? Thank you Boyd's!
