I had a great experience with McQueen Tire & Auto! I was considering Goodyear tires, and Riley steered me to a solid alternative choice that saved me some money. He went over the other tires’ reviews with me and found me an appointment time quickly that enabled me to take advantage of an existing rebate offer. And my car was done in just about 2 hours. I also biked home from there and to there to get my car back and he went out of his way to very graciously help me with my bike so I could get the front tire on and off to fit my bike in my car. I will definitely come here again for future tire needs and I recommend them!

Riley was very helpful and responsive. He explained all the steps and options and helped me understand the drivers of cost for the recharging of the coolant for my air conditioner. Super fast and friendly, too!

In a nutshell they were honest, fast, and fair. Gave me a quote up front and stuck with it. I got brakes and rotors done on my 2020 fusion hybrid and was shown that since I have an electric parking brake like most newer vehicles that they had to be reset with the computer. It was a very informative lesson since I didn't know you couldn't just shove the calipers back like normal. They work on appointments only, so call ahead.
