I don't usually write reviews, but I have to this time. If someone told me this story, I wouldn't believe them, but I swear to you it is true. On the night my family planned to leave for my son's Wish trip, our 15 passenger van decided it didn't want to start. It seemed like a battery, alternator or starter issue. I checked the voltage on the battery, and it appeared to be fully dead. I couldn't charge it or jump it, so as the night got later, I was sure the first day of my son's trip was going to be shot, as I looked on Google to find the mechanic that opens earliest, so we could get moving as soon as possible. I was surprised to find this listing, claiming 24-hour service, and I was even more surprised when someone picked up the phone. After less than 2 minutes of describing my issue, the man on the other end gave me his cell number and told me to send him a picture of the battery. I have dealt with them 2 times so far and they have won me over. Since my dad passed and brother-in-moved I had to fine a good mechanic and I did. They are the best and will not cheat you in any way. Rich and his men are the best in my book.

Great customer service would definitely recommend shop. Thought I needed work done but it was only a rock stuck in between the rotor and cover causing the loud squealing. Thanks for putting my mind at ease. Happy New Year
