Liberty Collision Center - Hamilton

I had my 2012 toyota corolla repaired after an accident here. The vehicle was returned with scratches on a door they replaced. They took it back repainted the section, but kept the car for an extra week. They agreed to pay for a rental, gave it to me and didn't pay for it. Enterprise sold the invoice to collections which I had to get insurance to make Liberty pay for it. Then the paint fish eyed, door not seem sealed and had pinholes all over the repaired sections. Andrea lied to me and said "those were stone chips previously there." I had to take the car to a second body shop where insurance made liberty pay for the repairs. They don't honor the "warranty", it's just a sales pitch. Andrea rolled her eyes and scoffed at me many times when debating about my car. The whole time she had this attitude as if she was doing me a favor. They were not honest or fourth coming at all. Don't trust them with your car.
