There was not an opening to schedule an appointment for the day but Zach said if I could drop the car off around 3 or 3:30 that he would make sure he replaced the two tires I needed before they closed. The team did exactly that with very courteous service and accuracy. I greatly appreciate being able to count on people. They were awesome!
Dropped in without an appointment to fix a flat. Was told it would be about an hour. 45 minutes later I was walking out the door. No charge.
This shop is the best! Jamie did above an beyond his job to help me. Being very hard of hearing, he made sure to speak clearly so I could understand him. Best customer service ever. They even offered chocolate to customers. Awesome.
