Jake was super kind and professional from the first call I made to this business. Every time I need work done on my vehicles, I make a 45 minute drive just to go here. It's worth it for my family. I know that I can drive with confidence after having Waldroff Auto Repair work on my car. The owner seems like a great guy. He's a kind, family man and keeps a safe environment in his shop. His workers always seem like they know respect and quality are the highest expectations in there. I don't usually feel safe bringing my kids around mechanic shops because you never know what they will be exposed to, but here, it felt safe. I trust Waldroff completely. Got stranded on US-27 on my way to CVG airport. My car started to rattle whenever going over 40 mph. Popped auto repair into google to find this place. Called them and explained my situation, and they said they’d be happy to take a look at it immediately. Now I’m 19 years old and know nothing about cars, so I wouldn’t know if a shop was ripping me off. I drove into the store, and one of the mechanics immediately got up from the desk and took the car for a spin. Came back 5 minutes later and asked if where I came from had a lot of snow on the ground (It did). He then cleaned out the tires and underneath the car, and took it for another spin. In the mean time I was allowed to use their staff bathroom. He came back 5 minutes later to tell me that there was just a lot of snow in my tires and nothing is wrong with the car. All in all, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and made my flight with plenty of time to spare. I tried to tip the mechanic but he refused. Did not pay a dime. Thi
