Pfefferle Auto Service, Quick Lube and Tires

Pfefferle used to be the only place I went, until they tried to con me. Took my car in to have the ac repaired, turn out it just need evacuated and recharged, $139. Not the easily 600 or more I was expecting; so I decided I would go ahead and get a coolant system flush, as I had put 50,000 and some miles on that coolant. Thats when they proceeded to call me back, first asked me why I was having a coolant flush done (just maintenance) and at that point he tried to tell me I had a major leak in my radiator, that i would need a new one, said he opened my radiator and it flooded his shop floor. I drove my car an hour and half to drop it off there (I work more than an hour from pfefferle) no issues. So I told them not to do anything, I would do that job myself if it was needed. they weren't getting a thousand dollars from me. And when I got there, they refused to show me the leak, said "oh you'll see it, its pouring out of like the right side" I get home, and my reservoir is still FULL. NO

Stripped oil plug then refused to correct their mistake. offered to fix it for 1200. These guys are crooks. Stay away.

They take more time than a 10 minute oil change, but no appointment is needed, and they do a thorough safety and maintenance Check on your car. They even have manufacturer bulletins available. They also have ASC certified technicians. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone in the area.
