AAA Tire and Auto Service - Dayton

We have been coming to this place for a few years now, Charles and the rest of the staff have always done an amazing job for us and they are the reason why we come back. While I was waiting on my car though there was a staff member (who I did not know) asking Charles a lot questions while he was working and was disrespectful towards him, that me made notice. I recommend that if this was Charles boss, please take a minute and look how you treat your employees. The staff there is amazing and need to be treated with respect.

Car having electrical issues, quoted 7k for repair. As I worked to save up the money, I was told my car could stay there, and if it became an issue they would call me. I noticed on my way to work today that my car is no longer in the lot. No call, nothing. My car had better be found, my father's ashes were in there.

After my first experience here, I plan to return for all my repair needs. The service was fantastic and staff were trustworthy. They saw me as a walk in and I had no wait. Staff were incredibly courteous and professional. The technician actively walked me through the work and the repair steps in a way that was understandable. I felt well taken care of and left with peace of mind. Would recommend, and I plan to come back for all my future needs.
