I’ve had both situations. I’ve used large, chain repair shops where they try to upsell you on unnecessary and expensive repairs. I’ve gone to small shops where they didn’t have the expertise to troubleshoot problems.I was referred to Firehawk by a friend and I’m thankful for it. I’ve started regularly using Firehawk to service my vehicles and I’m very pleased. Steve and his wife Jennifer own and operate the business. What I like about Steve is he treats my car as if it was his in determining how to do a repair. I had a loud noise from the exhaust system. Steve found that a short section of exhaust pipe was rotted. Rather than suggesting I replace the entire exhaust system , which Im relatively sure the local chain would have done, he cut out the short section that was bad and replaced just that se
