Took my 2018 Cruze Hatchback LT (TURBO) vehicle to get a rear bumper & trunk lid collision fixed … & picked up a whole different vehicle (interior) with swapped out after market parts that are worn out, old dirty dusty interior seats w dog hairs (I DON’T OWN ANY PETS‼️) , sound system w no base only highs, brakes were tampered with, amongst other interior & exterior tampering - Old dashboard, center console, EVERYTHING DEFINITELY swapped out for after market parts! Vehicle had all factory parts brand new vehicle out lot, now drives like a 20 yr old car. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP‼️
So far , so good. I dropped of car on Monday after I was hit by a big doe deer. This is only Thursday, so really it's still being accessed what needs to be done and get estimate together. I will check back with you all as repair proggressis! But all indications so far points to a quality repair.
Toniannie and Carolyn were great. They just need to do a better job of calling the customer when more time is needed to repair your vehicle. My car looks brand new though!
