Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

My visit at Grismer’s was totally unexpected! I was driving my RV from West Virginia to Indiana for the night. I got into Beavercreek, OH and all of my lights came on and my power steering went out. I just so happened to wrestle the thing into the nearest parking lot, not aware that it was Grismer’s lot, and had to camp out there for the night. I left a note on the door to let them know we were their neighbors for the night (lol) and that we needed help. Come opening time I went to the counter and was greeted with a smile. A mechanic named Steve came out and took a look at it and in no time knew what was wrong. My belt was shredded to PIECES and wrapped around everything else on the front of the engine. He had it replaced it quickly and also topped off my fluids for me. I can not say enough good things about this shop and the employees! I 100% would recommend them!! Thank you, Grismer!!!

Had an appointment for an oil change, was told at check in that it would take 45 min - 1 hour to complete. Longer than it should, but I understood they were busy. An hour and 10 minutes later, they hadn’t even pulled the vehicle in to the bay to start despite the appointment and estimated completion time.

The team couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Initially went to AAA and after being totally ignored while waiting to be served for 10 minutes, I was then told that they couldn’t help me as didn’t have time to just remove 4 tyres from 4 loose wheels even though they didn’t close for an hour. It really just seemed that they couldn’t be bothered to do the job. Grismer was a totally different story! Happy to help, friendly, quick and well priced. I have found a new go to tyre place! Thank you.
