I needed my side view mirror replaced and checked the yelp reviews for the three nearest shops. I couldn't believe Preferred Auto had a 5 star rating, which I now know they deserve. I went and met with Anthony (the second generation owner) and was treated like I was family and it didn't matter that my job was a small one. I got a very very good price (I have no idea why they were given 2 stars by someone else) and the mirror was replaced the same week. If ever I need work done (hopefully I won't) I definitely will go back and I will also recommend Preferred Auto to anyone I know who needs work done.
