This is my second accident also the second time taking my car to Fast Track Auto Repairs as usual my expectations were over surpassed they did an excellent Job on my car, the shop is clean the staff treated me like family, they do not overcharged, they work with you, and what I love the most is they make you part of the process. This shop is hands down the best on Staten Island and likely the Tri state area. The owner, Alfonso is a gem because he truly cares for his customers and his employees. The shop is always busy and yet with his wonderful managers Nick and Richie things are handled with kid gloves and lots of love. The shop is a certified Mercedes Benz authorized shop, it’s a Geico authorized shop and has many more accolades. I was so happy with the workmanship and the level of care I received. If you need any bodywork make sure to bring your car here, you will be so happy you did. They are simply the best.

My 2019 Honda crv got into an accident and the front bumper and headlights were damaged. I don’t know much about cars and I was very concerned about picking the right place. This place truly has excellent customer service. They explained everything to me, and kept me updated at every step, especially with insurance.
