I dealt with Chino and he seemed to be a nice guy, but unfortunately he turned out to be a very dishonest person. I had a dent where my rear bumper meets the quarter panel so I stopped by this shop. I spoke with chino and he looked at it then found the color code for my paint. He gave me an estimate and said the reason it was going to cost that much was because he'd have to repaint both the bumper and the panel, and that he was going to use original paint that he had to buy from BMW. I had no problem with that and figured that since he was going to paint both parts completely, he'd get rid of a few smaller dings along the panel. I went to pick up the car 2 days later and immediately saw that not only did he very obviously not use original paint, he also didn't paint both parts. He blended the cheap paint with my original. The little dings on the panel were still there exactly as they were before, and all he did was try to color match the paint and blend it in. And didn't even do a good
I needed all 4 of my brakes and rotors change and they did an excellent job, Price was reasonable and they did it in the time they told me would definitely go back and recommend people to go
