Highly recommended shop if you have bmws. Owner and his team are very knowledgeable and they knew how to repair the issues with my 2006 330xi. They were a bit busy but repaired mine while i was waiting. I have been looking for a shop for my bimmers since I moved to SI and this place seems to be the one.

I called early for an appointment and was told i could bring it in whenever worked best for me. Customer service on the phone was great - respectful and personable. When i brought my car in, I was offered an espresso which was much needed. I had an oil change done which was very quick. I heard my brakes squeaking so they checked it out and said that they were fine. I had a vehicle inspection done as well and had them check my tires in general. Overall, I had a great experience at Verrazano Motorworks. I met both owners who were also very personable. Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone who needs any mechanical work done.
