took advantage. performed services I didn't ask for. edit: you received no authorization from a family member. i was sitting beside my wife when you took advantage of her lack of knowledge of vehicle repair terminology over the phone. i told her to ask for "a copy of the OBD2 diagnostic codes". she asked for "the diagnostic codes", spoke with you, and asked me "diagnostics?" to confirm, to which i replied, "yes, the diagnostic codes". you ran a full diagnostics rundown on my vehicle, which cost much more than my planned state inspection fee.

All tire and service they have been very good to me every time I'm there I'm asked if I need anything or if I'd like anything and even when they Are ordering lunch Will ask if I would like anything. I'm never disappointed with the service that I get the staff is courteous polite I couldn't ask for anything more
