If I could give Mr. Windshield 10 stars I would. Our experience with the very kind lady in the office and with Rocco, the tech who took care of our job, was exceptional. Rocco arrived at our home on a very hot and humid July afternoon and worked for about an hour to complete our job. He encountered a significant rust issue but had the expertise and tools to deal with the issue. He was professional, friendly, and very informative. Following a less than satisfactory experience with another auto glass company, we are thrilled we found Mr. Windshield!
Trying to set up an appointment ahead of time is nonexistent, they call that day and give you an hour’s notice. And then want you to give your cc info to them over the phone prior to anyone showing up for said appointment. Would never recommend.
The service and workmanship of Mr. Windshield was excellent. They were extremely responsive and made every effort to get to my vehicle as quickly as possible to get it repaired. I would have no problem using them again or recommending them to my family and friends. Service: Auto windshield replacement
