I have been going there for years and always had great service. Reading other people's reviews it is clear that these reviewers don't understand cars, or that to ensure reliability one doesn't wait for the battery or brake rotors to completely fail prior to replacing it. I would rather my mechanic replace these things proactively than wait for a failure.

I am very surprised to see negative reviews. I took my car to Casarell's for some body repair work - scratches, paint, light replacement). Gerry was very straightforward and transparent on the price. He quoted me for the parts and labor separately and completed the work much quicker than he was expecting. The car looks good as new and I was very pleased with the work and dealing with Gerry. Going FWD we are going o use Casarella's for our maintenance and auto needs entirely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
