Empire Buick GMC of White Plains Service

I had to return for a follow-up regarding my 36k mile tune up because my reset was not done when the mechanic changed the engine filter. I kept getting alerts on my GMC app that there were several issues with my car which of course had me concerned. JOE the service representative was very helpful & courteous while I waited at the dealership, he kept me informed as they ran a diagnostic test. The stars are for Joe* I removed 1 star because the time I had to take off to drive there because of the mechanic not resetting my car... There was nothing wrong.

Every time I go to the dealer for service, Lydia Gutierrez gives me top quality service. She always lets me know when I should return for my next service appointment. She is a pleasure to deal with. Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
