Empire Buick GMC of White Plains Service

I had to return for a follow-up regarding my 36k mile tune up because my reset was not done when the mechanic changed the engine filter. I kept getting alerts on my GMC app that there were several issues with my car which of course had me concerned. JOE the service representative was very helpful & courteous while I waited at the dealership, he kept me informed as they ran a diagnostic test. The stars are for Joe* I removed 1 star because the time I had to take off to drive there because of the mechanic not resetting my car... There was nothing wrong.

Service team is great. Explain everything in understandable terms. Work with you on a maintenance plan. Lydia Gutierrez was all over it and a pleasure to work with. My 6 yr old Canyon is still like new. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Lydia is a great asset to Empire Buick GMC. She explains what service will be done on your vehicle. She greets you with a smile and calls you when the service is completed. I love going to this location because of Lydia. I trust her and the service department here. They will only do what is needed.
