TL;DR Kind, hard working, fair, knowledge, and flexible. They get all the stars and more. Always did great work, knowledgeable with any Asian brand vehicles. They worked on my Mitsubishi eclipse many times and provided great service working with my odd scheduling and arguably odd vehicle. I've had many shops do work on my car and none have gotten mine back and running fast and reliablely as they have. Their so good I wish I could pack the shop up and have it move out of state with me. Found myself in a pickle visiting NJ from VA. My minivan stopped in the middle of the NJ Turnpike. Julie at GT Japanese Auto took my minivan in for alternator replacement on 12/30 when many shops including the dealerships were unsympathetic and were closing early due to New Year's eve. Not only was Julie helpful and kind, she even set up the rental car reservation while I waited. Most importantly, the car was ready that same day !! You guys are awesome!!
