Mavis Discount Tire

Honestly, I went to this Mavis location not even knowing 1. what was totally wrong with my car and 2. the benefits I had a returning Mavis customer. Megan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helped me identify what I needed to get checked out with the car. The entire staff is very friendly and will get you in and out. When you come to this location, you can have full faith that all of your expectations will be met and then exceeded.

I usually don’t leave a review but this was ridiculous. I came in at 8:30am only to get an oil change, expecting to be in and out within an hour or less. I patiently waited for the customers ahead of me to finish. There was a customer who said they made an appointment over the phone but it didn't go through and still got serviced before me. By this point I have been at Mavis for an hour and a half which I thought was fine. When it got to my turn, the customer service rep told me I needed an oil change, tires, breaks fixed, axle was leaking and wipers to be replaced. I only asked for a quote for the brakes and oil change because I couldn't afford anything else and I want to be safe on the road. The total cost for those two were over a thousand dollars. I definitely could not afford it but the customer service rep told me they gave me a discount of around $100 off. When they were done which was around 12:30pm the rep tells me they included the wipers in the price and replaced them for me

Definitely the best service and help I have gotten. Staff were very helpful, made sure i understood everything my car needed and explained everything. The managers are very kind and professional. They were very quick and efficient. I highly recommend going here. Great staff, great service, will definitely be coming back here!
