I was in a car accident with my cousin and the steering wheel locked which caused us to get into a car accident and FBN auto refused to honor the warranty they guaranteed her. She had just got this car! I would never recommend this to friends families not even my enemies! They almost took my life and my future!
I bought a car in November recently I took the car back due to an issue with the bad power steering only a month later. This dealership Is refusing to honor the warranty that they sold to me and fix this faulty piece. Furthermore, this power steering issue caused me to get into a car accident. The power steering locked as I was making a turn on a residential street. Yet still with accident report naming the power steering issue as the cause of the accident they are still refusing to resolve the issue. Don't buy from them, they advertise a warranty they refuse to honor. I could have gotten seriously injured if the power steering locked on the highway.
