Offutt Collision Repair

Someone hit my passenger mirror and busted it up pretty good. Came in for a quote for insurance. They Held my part for a few months due too a little confusion on when it would arrive. It arrived much faster than expected. Once I was available, I was immediately scheduled same day.. Also had a few scratches on the driver side door. Completely separate issue. Asked for them to take a look. They buffed everything out at no extra charge. Great work and service. Exceeded my expectations. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer on a highway and ended up with (minor) front end damage to my Subaru. My insurance company recommended OCR and I’m glad they did!! Very friendly staff, informed me every step of my car’s repair process (via text and call) and made sure I had a rental car lined up for me while my car was getting fixed. When I got my car back it looked brand new, I couldn’t even tell I had a bashed front end at one point! The outside and inside of my car was returned spotless! I was involved in an accident and had taken my truck down to their location to have an estimate done on it to get my truck repaired. They came back and said my truck was totaled. And that I had a half an hour to get my personal belongings out of my own truck that still belonged to me. They even put my truck in the middle of other cars of their lot that is fenced in behind their building. Offutt collision new what they had when it came to my truck. In the diesel world we call it bulletproofing your diesel engine. And offutt collision repair new it. Thank God I had a friend who owns a towing company. I had my truck pulled out of there as soon as I. They wanted that truck and they wanted that truck bad. Today I'm still driving my truck it was never totaled.
