Beardmore Subaru Service Department

I’m a new Subaru owner, this was my first visit to Beardmore service and I will definitely be returning for any of my service needs. The gal at the service desk was very helpful, courteous and professional. She didn’t even laugh when I had no idea what the mileage was on my vehicle or that I didn’t realize I should just pull right into the service garage at arrival. I didn’t have to wait long for my service and I got a print out report of everything that was inspected. No one tried to sell me anything extra everybody was pleasant, smiling and efficient!

We will NEVER go back. My wife and I went there to possibly purchase a new Subaru Outback. We were walking around the parking lot for 25-30 minutes. No one came out to help us. So, then we went into the showroom for 5-10 minutes. SAME RESULT, NO HELP. There was also an employee sitting at a desk within 15 feet from us, and she didn't say boo. THEY PROBABLY LOST A SALE. Will go elsewhere.

Great group of people willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. Even if things go wrong they will do everything they can to make sure things turn out right. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto detailing, Auto maintenance, Oil change
