Precision Tune Auto Care Rocky Mount, NC will never receive my services again after 15 years. Told them my car shakes when slowing down. They replaced an axle and cv joint per their assessment. $700 dollars later got down the road car still shakes. They told me to bring it back. But I’m sure it would’ve cost me more money in this economy we’re already in. This has not been first disappointment with them but I believe in 2nd chances. But never again.

Stay away from these guys. I took my Cadillac To them to fix the timing chain and the took half of the engine off only to tell me that they couldn’t finish the job because they didn’t have the right tools! And on top of that charged me 500 dollars and they did nothing! I also had to pay 80 bucks for someone to tow my car to the actual dealership So that they could actually fix it and they are charging me A few hundred dollars less. These people will definitely take advantage of you. They had my car for two days knowing that they didn’t have the tools to fix my car. They are scammers! Be aware! Older gentleman In the mechanic shop thought the issue was funny. After I got my car to the dealership for them to fix what these guys didn’t fix, I discovered that some of the bolts were missing. The owner made a comment under my post but has not returned my phone call as I have left 4 messages in the past week. I wouldn’t take a lawn mower to these clowns! Went to court and they lied. Again! S

Professional. Quick. Did real good work at a good cost and got me back to work in a timely manner. Definitely coming back.
