Mavis Tires & Brakes

We have bought tires there had no problem but we took our car there to have breaks put on and they came back and said the brakes were good and it was a caliper on the front left side that had a loose bolt in it so they tighten that one bolt and sent us on our way. Then a couple months later I was driving down the road at 50 mph and the entire caliper falls off and causes the car to stop and throw me into the steering wheel. We had the car towed back up and they put the caliper back on I noticed the rim was badly damaged and every morning now I have to put air in that tire that is brand new. Nothing wrong with the tire. I asked them to see what they can do with the rim since all this was their fault in the first place for not tightening the bolts properly and they told me there’s nothing that they can do. The service guys aren’t highly skilled in customer service obviously don’t use this place they don’t care about good customers!!!! We have spent $900 there in the previous month too. H

DO NOT take your car to Mavis tires and brakes on US Hwy 70in GOLDSBORO! !!!! My car was perfectly fine until they touched it!!!! The oil light never came on until literally 30 minutes after they touched it. I took my car back to them so they could fix what they did and of course they didn’t do anything and won’t do anything about what they messed up!!! They are a joke

Do not take car to this location!!!! They crack my rim and not trying to repair. My rim wasn’t leaking air when I brought it there!!! Very unprofessional!!! Regional Manger hung up on me! Won’t give me his last name, but I got it Scott Varju!! See you in court!!! All I want is my rim repaired!
