I cannot speak highly enough about this shop! Robert is the owner/operator, and cares so deeply about his business and customers. It is truly a customer service oriented business, and they do quality work at a fair price using good parts. Robert and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced, and they take the time to explain what your vehicle needs. My husband and I both take our cars there. I always have peace of mind walking out of this shop.

I'd been searching for a shop to replace the transfer case in my 2013 Grand Cherokee. I dropped my vehicle off overnight, received a call and quote the following day, and in less than a week, I'm back on the road. The service was fantastic, and they had a remarkable turn around time to boot. Every staff member I spoke with was professional and courteous, and they seem to take a great deal of pride in their work. I cannot recommend RK Trans & Auto highly enough. I received a transmission fault warning and feared the worst. RK Transmission did a thorough diagnostic and found it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. They are very communicative and take the time to explain the issue. Highly recommend! Service: Transmission
