Took my daughter's 2015 Hyundai Sonata sport in because battery light came on when we were working near by. After a few hours they call to tell us she needs a battery. He gives a quote of $576. , say what! So I called parts store to get a price on battery for her car, it was $226. Now I know they have to mark up some because they are a business and have expenses. Really though the wanted to charge over double the cost ????! Not thinking we get the car back and go get a new battery up the road , literally. 1/2 mile from Precision. Yup installed for less then $250. Anyway light is still on, my husband gets it home and all it was was the serpentine belt. Something that Precision should have noticed when they originally lifted the hood. The belt was really bad. Now I am not your average female when it comes to cars. So I am upset with myself for not lifting the hood and checking first, I for sure would've noticed the belt. I worked in a garage for 30 years and now alot about cars. I al
