They were wonderful! I had a nail in my tire and needed to get it patched. Every other place I called told me it would be around 1.5 hours. New Hope had me in and out in less than 30 min. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful AND it was less than the other places had quoted. Definitely recommend them!

I found RENEWED hope for my auto repair just off New Bern Avenue at New Hope Auto Service. Every time I turn my ignition, or sit at a light with my car purring like a kitten - I personally thank Ray for going to bat with CarShield for me and not giving up. My Suzuki with 40,000 miles was all but dead until Ray advised me to not accept defeat - he could get her running - and he did rebuilding her. CarShield paid $4200, and they did not want to at first, but how could they argue with a 30yr certified expert mechanic? I also paid my hefty share as a bartender but that’s because I trusted Ray’s no nonsense professional advice. If you want renewed hope - give New Hope Auto Service your business. Beware of fake positive reviews! I’m an engineer and understand when a mechanic overcharge for a car repair. They charged me nearly $1500 for a job that was half the cost. They refused to show me the parts they claimed they replaced on the car and did poorly on the alignments. When I confronted him (I don’t remember his name) about their mistakes, he started shouting. I didn’t feel it was worth arguing and left the shop. I’ll take my car to another shop for a proper fix. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
