NTB-National Tire & Battery

Called up right before closing time needing a tire patch and talked to Olivia. Dustin showed me all of the debris inside and explained exactly why something like that would happen. They set me up a new appointment to get the tire replaced in a timely manner. Very knowledgable and friendly. Customer service was fantastic. Will definitely do business here again.

Stopped by NTB this morning because my tire was losing air pressure rapidly but I didn’t have a lot of time to spare. The manager, Ed, was able to squeeze me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. The technician, Scooter, figured out that I had a nail in my tire and he patched it right up and I was able to make it to my appointment on time. These guys are very personable and definitely care about what they do for their customers!

The people here were very helpful. I was able to make an appointment for tire repair in a timely manner. They repaired the tire and I was on my way in less than an hour. I will definitely come back here for tires and work to be done on my vehicle.
