The technician who worked with me, Mr. James Bell, was fantastic! He called me to confirm our appointment, called again 15 minutes before arriving, and arrived when he said he would. Mr. Bell was professional and friendly while he repaired my windshield, and didn't mind me watching (I've never seen it done before) and talking with him. I would definitely use Glass America again!

Bad customer service. Tech did not bring the right molding for the windshield. Windshield was thin and poor quality ended up shattered by itself one day after installation. Tech said to call customer service after installation so they can come again and replace molding. Called never came to look at the car. After windshield shatter, they said I need it to buy another windshield. I told them make sure tech brings the right molding square most cars is round. Tech showed up with the wrong molding and said the same thing. The windshield the installed and made me paid for again Shattered by itself and do not guarantee the windshield. I highly do not recommend this company. Poor service, and poor quality. Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a small crack that needed to be fixed. The convenience of having a technician come to my home was awesome and much needed with my little ones. Keith showed up on time, he was super respectful and did a great job. He explained the necessity to wait before driving again and made sure I didn’t have any questions. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend to others! :)
