At this location, they're careless. Got two tires, which they tried to overcharge for. There were 4 or 5 techs working but only one guy doing the work. When I paid and went out to get my car there was a broken stem cap on one of the new tires. I went to tell the manager who wasn't apologetic, but went and got me a new stem cap. Hmm. I was their only customer. They weren't at all busy yet gave me a broken stem cap.
Yes, the wait was a little long but everyone there was very professional and friendly. I would go back again for oil change and tires
Had a blowout on a brand new tire. After calling to inquire about the tire and having it installed, I was assured that I could have the tire put on my car today if I arrived by a reasonable time. I arrived at the Auto Care Center within fifteen minutes, but upon arrival was told that I would have to wait until tomorrow because they “closed early”. (8/17/22)
