Carmedix

Took my car to get the wheel barrings replaced and Carmedix did a great job fixing it! I needed a ride back home while the car was being worked on as I work a remote job and Carmedix scheduled an Uber (that they paid for) to drop me back off at home. Will definitely bring my vehicle there to get serviced.

Guest services at this auto repair shop is consistently top tier! First class! A-1 superb! We love our Aaron, he always takes care of our vehicles, whether it's scheduled maintenance or last minute requests and he does it with a smile :) They do tend to perform inspection style services each time, even when we're only getting an oil change. Though that report can be a bit daunting to receive, it does keep us ahead of the game on maintenance, giving us the capability to be proactive. If I had any suggestions, I'd probably ask for approximate time before service is urgent on those reports. That's probably it. Leaving another review because this continues to be one of the best mechanics I have been to. I've been using them for the past 5 years or so and have had zero regrets. Knowledgeable, fast, and fair with exceptional customer service. I continue to use them even though I've moved further away to Apex because the extra 20 minute drive is worth the peace of mind knowing that I don't have to wonder if they fixed something right the first time. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto body & trim replacement
