Great service. They gave me a ride home right to my driveway. Kept in touch with me about the repairs and the price was completely reasonable. I told them to fix everything they found. He came across something he said there was an issue but this one would be covered under warranty so take it to the dealership. He could have easily taken my money but he gave me solid honest advice. I took my car in because there was a rattling in the front driver side. I thought it might have been something to do with the suspension even though the car wasn't riding hard. I I dropped the car off at 7 AM for a 7:00 AM appointment at which time the service manager was not in yet so the gentleman handling the customers said that he would have the service manager call me once he arrived to discuss my vehicle. By late morning I still had not received a call so I called them and was told that my car was being looked at as we speak and they would call me back with an update. By afternoon time I still had not heard back from them so I had to call them back and the 2nd person I spoke to said that my car hadn't even been looked at yet. At this point I'm a little frustrated because I had a 7 o'clock appointment and told them when I dropped the car off that I needed the car back by 3pm. I finally received a call after 2 PM stating that my car would not be done that day and that I wou
