Made appointment a week before. Arrived before 8 AM for simple oil change and tire rotation. Phoned at 12:30 PM; car #3 in line, probably ready in 2-3 hours. Phoned at 3:30 PM—car still #3 in line “busy day”, so probably ready the next morning. I went and picked up vehicle, which wasn’t even in garage or parking lot. They had my car a full 8 hours and did nothing for a job that should only take 1.5 hours. No communication from them at all. I have not heard from them since. Bye

I took my car in because there was a rattling in the front driver side. I thought it might have been something to do with the suspension even though the car wasn't riding hard. I I dropped the car off at 7 AM for a 7:00 AM appointment at which time the service manager was not in yet so the gentleman handling the customers said that he would have the service manager call me once he arrived to discuss my vehicle. By late morning I still had not received a call so I called them and was told that my car was being looked at as we speak and they would call me back with an update. By afternoon time I still had not heard back from them so I had to call them back and the 2nd person I spoke to said that my car hadn't even been looked at yet. At this point I'm a little frustrated because I had a 7 o'clock appointment and told them when I dropped the car off that I needed the car back by 3pm. I finally received a call after 2 PM stating that my car would not be done that day and that I wou

What a joke. Rude manager. Came in at 9 for an inspection. Said it would take 4 hours. I should have known it was going to be an issue. Called at 1:30. Said I was next to be serviced. No phone call or communication. Called at 3:30 and was told they were working on it. They told me I needed a new battery, brakes and break fluid along with an air filter. I told them not to replace anything and to come pick me up. They became very rude at that point. The filter and brake fluid was fine. Breaks do not squeak at all. Went to AutoZone for a new battery. The best part about this place was the courtesy driver. When I showed up they did not look at me. They send me a picture of the tech who worked on it. Scary and unprofessional and had a mean face...seriously? A courtesy call would have been nice saying they are short staffed and sorry for the wait. If you need an inspection only, go to a location near you which will over take an hour to complete. Live and learn. 7 hours for
