We have used Metrolina Tire & Auto for nearly 20 years. They’ve given our vehicles all the basic maintenance services, tire changes, and major repairs. After all these years of coming to Metrolina Tire & Auto, I finally write this rave review from their lobby. I have witnessed humbling experiences they’ve offered other customers as I’ve awaited a basic oil change before. Now I sit here a humbled customer myself with a major repair need and can honestly say (as the daughter of a truck driver and mechanic!) I chose this business because of a recommendation. I purchased 4 tires and was encouraged to get an alignment which I did. My wheels came back dirty and I thought that when I get home I would just rewash them. Turns out all 4 wheels have been scratched. I contacted them about the complaint and was told " i will send it on to Mike." Well it has been 2 days and I have heard nothing. Whoever done this KNOWS what they did. I don't expect anything at this point...poor business practice. Word of mouth goes along way. A final note..my tires are supposed to be at 33# and all 4 were at 40#. inexcusable. I went on a trip and my car was handling poor, so when I got home I decided to check the pressure...so sad. I just wonder if they torqued my wheels to the specified 83#???
