Julie, Cam and Jim took great care of us. Needed new tires and they gave great service. Identified some follow up issues and fixed promptly. Highly recommend.
Went in to get 2 tires and could not get in trunk. Key fab would not open… button in car did not work or the button on the trunk. Now I have to use emergency key to get in my trunk. This is second issue I have had with 2 different locations. Very disappointed and angry. Reach out to customer service to resolve this situation. Don’t have a lot of trust with company.. hopefully they get right.
Went in to get a tire repair/replacement. Unfortunately due to staffing issues that many are facing they weren’t able to get me in. However Julie was exceptional, and they were both very pleasant and professional. Julie fixed my tire to where I was able to get to another tire dealer and made sure all my other tires were up to par. Thanks for going above and beyond even when you didn’t have to. Will definitely be returning for services
