I had the pleasure of working with Euro Cars Southend for an oil change and DEF top off. I was very impressed by their very clean and organized shop. I was also informed that a small amount of DEF spilled during the top off (no big deal, stuff happens) but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They provided and exterior wash to make sure it was just as clean as it was when it came in. I’m a satisfied customer, I’ll be back for sure. Service: Oil change
