Roy is nothing but a scammers. Purchased a used car from them, the car had an engine light within the next 2 days - went to him and found there was an issue with the catalytic converter. He said he will order the part and never returned any calls and messages. Should not buy into his nice words. He will give you a warranty but that is useless, Had a very bad experience with him, DONT waste your money.

I will never ever go back to that pla ce again! I was taking my Jeep Liberty to them for over a year. No problem ,great service good prices,the whole nine yard. Took my Lexus on 3/18 for brakes and all went from sugar to salt quick! First,replaced brakes..2 weeks later back again with same problem.Claimed some pin had came loose ?? 6/11, back again. After waiting 6 hours ..my rotaries..total spent $525. After asking Roy about the delay and the issue, he got really nasty and said he didnt care if I never came back..Today 7/1, I am at Pep Boys in NC waiting to get my brakes fixed. Yep same problem.. I will be going back for the last time to ask 4 my money knowing he will say no but I will be taking them to court . Roy is very nasty and incompetent technicians I will not recommend them to nobody

I went to have a rack job done. Over $300 in labor. When I got my car bk my breather tubes to my air flow was duck taped. No one brung it to my attention when I picked up my car. I was told by the shop manager that the breather was not touched when the job was done but that my car would not start without them duck taping it because I had too many cracks in the hose. I explained that starting my car wasnt an issue when I brung it, hose wasn't cracked when I brung it,and duck take wasnt on my car when I brung it. He agreed to fix the problem. When he called to tell me the part was in, he told me they would not put it on cause things tend to crack. I was not happy wit the service from mechanics to the manager. I basically had to spend money to get something fixed they broke. I have been here before and never had an issue but I will never go back or refer anyone here.
