Most HONEST shop you could probably find here in north Charlotte! They do not try to upsell you in service and car parts like most shops would, instead they tell you what's wrong and let you decide. They are very easy to work with as some people have stated here. I've been taking my car here for well over 3 years now. Excellent auto shop. They should be rated higher!
I have currently only used the propane service after having trouble at another place. They were wonderful on the phone and in person. They also have a bell at the propane tank so you only have to go into the building once.
My company uses Sugar Creek Tire as a preferred vendor so I gave him a try several years ago and can say I was very fortunate to find this gem. Toby provides great service for a very fair price. I trust him to work on all my cars to include swapping an engine in one my daughters vehicles. I believe Toby and his staff will consistently exceed expectations for anyone who's fortunate enough to use him.
