A Better Wrench

I needed an annual emissions test for my vehicle. Due to work and general procrastination, I was on my last day to have it done. Called around and visited a couple of other places I’d used in the past, but they were booked solid with a minimum wait of 3 hours and one place had an opening 4 days away (for an emissions test? Really?) Called A Better Wrench and explained my plight. They weren’t any less busy than the others I spoke to, but said “no problem!” And even gave me a couple of time windows to bring the car by. I was only just getting comfy in their nice waiting room when they told me they were done. I was in and out in 20min. It was “just” an inspection, but I appreciated that they recognized it was a quick turn around job and worked me in quickly even though it was clear they had plenty of work going on.
