Precision Tune Auto Care

Took car in for oil change... after leaving heard rattle. Looked under car and engine splash gaurd loose. Then week later oil change alert came on. Called and they said bring in and we'll look at it. After sitting in lobby 40 minutes with nothing being done... I had to leave to pick up kids.

Requested state inspection and wait over hour. Finally they call me and told me my auto is leaking power string fluid. All the time, I parked my car in the garage and was not found any leaking spot on the floor. I told them I didn't recognized any issue of the leak. Also my auto handling have no issue and no noisy. They show me my auto and can see a few fluid joint area and then give me a quote report over $1,800 for steering/suspension (rack and pinion assembly) repair cost. So my car inspection failed due to the steering mechanism problem. Later I explained one of my friend who is an auto technician and he checked my car. He found nothing issue and he didn't understood why it was failed. Also I could not find any fluid leak in joint area which showed by them. It was cleaned. He told me they thought you are a dummy, so they are stealing your money. Today I stopped by other inspection shop and my auto passed state inspection completely. Don't believe them whatever your si
