Johnson Subaru of Cary Service Center

I have been taken for one too many rides here. Recently I went to get my car serviced and inspected, and they failed the inspection due to a leaking strut and filed it under steering. And they told me I needed a total of just under $5,000 of work done and made me wait 3 and a half hours before I found out any of this. Meanwhile my car runs perfectly. They do have a very nice waiting area and friendly folks, but I can't afford to go here anymore. I won't be purchasing another Subaru thanks to my experiences.

I bought a new 2024 Outback. My sales associate, Efa, and the finance manager were great, they were able to beat the budget/price I gave them and got me a better interest rate. I highly recommend Johnson Subaru as it was the best car buying experience I’ve had in over 20 years.
