Highly recommend coming here. Rainy day - 30 minutes til closing and they took me immediately without a single problem. The young mechanic was extremely thorough and ensured everything was completely correctly. Not only that but he resolved an issue that my main mechanic could not as they "didn't know how". Job was completed in 30 minutes and didn't feel rushed at all. The owner was also extremely polite and professional. He had absolutely no issues taking not only myself but also many other walk ins while I was there even so close to closing time. I also appreciated the fact that he handed me my receipt with both hands and thanked me multiple times for my business. Dealing with Marcus couldn't have been easier. He was able to squeeze me in the same day even though they were extremely busy. Quoted me $200 for my repair but charged me even less. Honest, personable and solid mechanics. I would definitely go back there again. Service: Air conditioning

I visited the Crossroads Auto Service after my truck was stalling. Two of the workers assessed the situation, which overall took 5-10 minutes. Their main mechanic took the truck for a "test drive" and returned stating it was engine/transmission problem. No further instructions or directions were stated about estimates or work progress. Overall, their diagnostic assessment took 10 minutes. I called my insurance company for assistance, as I needed to find a way home. The cost for the assessment was approximately $115. Overall, the cost was never discussed to me as this is their basic fee for assessment. As I was pulling away, the clerk as convincing me to have them complete the work as the diagnostic assessment would be included into the total fee. I did not trust that the prices would not be gouged. Lesson learned, always ask before the assessment is initiated. I would not recommend this auto body shop. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
