The staff is super friendly and helpful, easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. This shop is very thorough when it comes to your vehicle. The detailed report of your vehicle is great, it’s an easy way to see what your car needs so you can plan accordingly. I have been to many auto shops throughout the states and this shop is by far the best I’ve experienced. Not to mention they are dog friendly! I had a great experience with Choice Auto Repair. Although the work needed on my Nissan Altima took longer than expected, Kit was able to offer me a loaner car. Kit also did a great job of explaining everything my car needed (with pictures and everything) in order of priority and really did not try to “sell” me anything that wasn’t necessary at the time.
