Staff rude and unhelpful, did not carry item needed, 3 people behind counter all seemed more interested in socializing with other person in store
I don’t remember the older gentleman’s name that helped me yesterday (He had longer hair), but I was dreading having to go, get a new battery and deal with prorating it (battery died before it’s time) . He was really nice and helpful and it was one of the easiest/ smoothest experiences I’ve had in any auto parts store.
Poor customer service, went in to have a hose made was told bob wasn’t there and the other guy couldn’t stop inventory for five mins to make it. Why advertise you make Howe’s and not train your people what to do, this is way I stay away from NAPA
