Very friendly and professional employees. They showed concern for what I needed and it was only an oil change. Went above and beyond so that I was satisfied. Great experience.
My exhaust system was installed about 2 years ago by a Meineke shop in CT. Unfortunately, it was sagging and dragging. The brackets holding it in place had rusted out. A second Meineke shop in NC was able to repair everything. The system is back where it should be. They even patched a small leak in the catalytic converter. Said the labor time ran over that quoted but didn’t charge extra for either. Had the car ready as promised. Friendly people and a clean waiting area. I was very pleased. Service: Exhaust
This was my first official visit to be serviced at Meineke & I will say I am pleased. The Receptionist & auto mechanics were very helpful & knowledgeable. They updated me after diagnosis, gave me an estimate & estimated completion time. The price was also reasonable. I will be a return customer. Thank you, Meineke!????????
