Paid $4300 to get a car repaired for a single mom at this shop. Left the vehicle with them for a week. Go to pick it up and get the “we did everything we said we would and tried to fix your car” but the vehicle is still un-drivable and with them baffled as to why when it’s evident the wiring harness was damaged. Instead of fixing the harness or alerting us to it while the car was stripped, they reassembled the car and left the wiring harness damaged and the car now has all the lights dash lights flashing and the e-brake automatically engages while driving. Neither of which it did before the vehicle was turned over to them. That is how the vehicle was returned to us when we have 30m to drive home. Westside went above and beyond with their services. I unfortunately had someone back into my BMW and drive off. The shop here had to replace the rear bumper area, trunk work and exhaust work. They kept me up to speed on status of the repair, utilized OEM parts for the repair and even followed up a few days after picking my car back up to make sure everything was good.
