AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I am truly grateful for the help I got at AAMCO in Joplin. The customer service and auto repair service I received was awesome! Jay and the rest of the AAMCO team really came through for me. Here's my story: I had recently bought a used car and also purchased an extended car warranty with it. Shortly after having the car, an issue started happening with it. After some frustrating trial and error with some of my local Carthage, MO shops not working with my warranty, I finally made the call to AAMCO in Joplin, MO. Jay answered the call that day and immediately welcomed my concerns and made me feel sure he and the AAMCO crew would take care of me. He told me to go ahead and bring my car over that day, even though it was close to their closing time. He really took the time to speak to my Mom and I about all of our concerns and made us feel relieved with his words. These guys have bailed me out twice. First, they helped me out with a last minute oil change. A couple weeks later my car developed some sort of mystery leak inside the passenger front. I called and Jay said to bring it by. I did and they looked at it, fixed it, and didn't even charge. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Great customer service is even more scarce. I appreciate the great service AAMCO!

Jay has been so great! I had set up an appointment online, (which doesn’t work by the way. they don’t receive notifications for them, so it’s better to call) but Jay was more than happy to get me in to take a look at my car. He’s been very communicative and has reached out every step of the way. So friendly and great customer service. if you’re looking for kind and honest service then this is the place to go :)
