I am beyond happy and impressed with Old Town Automotive. Every staff member that I talked to was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The service here was unmatched, too! I have taken my car to many shops over the course of the nearly 5 years that I’ve had my car and I have finally found a shop that I will continue to use, even though I live in Maryland Heights. Wasn't at Old Town Auto I was at gas station on the side of Old Town Auto but I do know they have been around a long time bcz I have gotten gas at that gas station by there for around 30 years so O/T/A being around that long and still there thriving tells/speaks for itself ????

I typically do my own auto work myself, but I needed a couple inspections. They had my truck in on minutes notice, and I knew I needed some brakes as well. I decided to have them do it since I was in a time crunch. They ordered the parts and had everything completed by 1:00 in the afternoon! This was all done in the same day! In addition, I was impressed with the way they spoke on the phone, as well as their interaction with me when I was in the shop. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need!
