Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Wait time is usually long, but that's to be expected from a first-come-first-serve place so that's chill, as far as personnel, very friendly even in the blasting summer heat. I was served by a man named Chris, who is absolutely incredible. Answered all of my random car questions, and was very kind and catering. Incredible customer service, and Chris needs a raise ♥️

The guy got upset because I refused a fuel treatment service he offered. I told him nicely I just want the oil change. He continued to try and push the service on me. I told him I didn't want it because I wasn't sure I needed it. He took it personal and said he wasn't that kind of person and continue to be rude the rest of my service. He even was rude when he gave me my receipt and said "the information you didn't want is on the back" very rudely. Definitely should not offer additional services if you can't handle someone saying NO. It's not personal. Definitely won't be going back to this location. Service: Oil change

We had a bad experience at another location so were hesitant to try another. Glad we did, professional, upfront, quick, friendly, nonsense, in and out just like it should be.
